How the Cremation Glass Process Works
At Eternal Peace, we believe every piece of cremation glass tells a story—and that story begins with you. Here’s how we turn ashes into art, step by step:
1. Choose Your Memorial Glass
Start by selecting the type of cremation glass that best reflects your loved one. We offer a wide range of handcrafted pieces, including:
-
Marbles & Spheres
-
Pendants & Jewelry
-
Sculptures & Figurines
-
Drinking Glasses
-
Paw Prints & Hearts
-
Custom Memorials
Each piece can be customized with colors and styles that resonate with your memory.
2. Securely Send the Ashes
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a collection kit with simple, safe instructions. The kit includes:
-
A labeled container for the ashes
-
A prepaid return envelope or shipping label
-
Instructions and tracking info
We only need about ½ teaspoon of ashes per item—any unused ashes will be returned with your completed order.
3. Handcrafted by Expert Glass Artists
When your ashes arrive, our experienced team—led by glass artist Steve Kelnhofer—begins the process. Using premium borosilicate glass, we carefully infuse the ashes into molten glass, preserving them inside the piece with stunning clarity and permanence.
Every memorial is:
-
Hand-blown with precision
-
Made in our Colorado-based studio
-
Unique, just like the person or pet it honors
4. Final Touches & Quality Check
After your piece is shaped, cooled, and anealed, we carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our highest standards of beauty and durability. Your loved one’s ashes are now forever part of a beautiful work of art.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We securely package your finished memorial and any unused ashes, and ship them back to you with care. You’ll receive tracking information and can expect delivery within 2–4 weeks from when we receive the ashes.
A Process Built on Trust, Love, and Craftsmanship
At Eternal Peace, we treat every order with the respect and love it deserves. Whether you're remembering a parent, a partner, a friend, or a beloved pet, your cremation glass will be made with the highest level of care.
