Fill out the secure form below. You’ll be able to share your contact details, memorial choice, and any design preferences. -
Send in your ashes
You only need to send us a small portion of ashes. Only about a teaspoon is required for most pieces. Any cremation ashes we have left, we will carefully send back with your finished cremation art. -
Creation and delivery
Our artists will handcraft your memorial. Once finished, it will be carefully packaged, insured, and shipped to your door.
